1. Use of This Website

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information about our fiber laser cutting, welding, cleaning and bending equipment. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce content for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Product Information

Specifications, images and performance figures are indicative and may vary by configuration, material grade, assist gas and operating conditions. We reserve the right to improve designs and specifications without prior notice. Final specifications are those stated in your signed sales contract.

3. Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Orders become binding upon signature of a sales contract and receipt of the agreed deposit. Lead times begin from deposit confirmation and receipt of all technical details required for production.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) are as agreed in the sales contract under Incoterms. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Installation, commissioning and operator training are provided as specified in the contract, on site or via remote guidance.

5. Warranty

Machines are covered by a standard 3-year warranty on the machine body and manufacturer warranty terms on major components (laser source, cutting head, chiller, CNC system), commencing on delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; it excludes consumables, damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper power supply or lack of maintenance.

6. After-Sales Service

Lifetime technical support is provided by email, phone, WhatsApp and remote diagnostics. On-site service, spare parts and paid repairs outside warranty are available worldwide subject to scheduling and applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, images and technical documentation on this site are the property of the company or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including production loss or loss of profit) arising from use of this website or of information contained in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
